I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with large beds, perfect for families, but the initial reception was not very welcoming. However, the room itself was lovely with a great view and a king-size bed.
I had the view to the beautiful pool and gardens from my room which had a balcony and a comfortable bed. The room was large with a huge tub in the bathroom.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, with huge comfortable beds making for a comfortable night's sleep. The grounds were lovely to explore. However, the restaurant seemed more suited for larger groups, which made it a bit crowded during dinners with two shows every night.
The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants, and a short drive to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. The rooms are spacious but slightly worn out, with a separate shower and bathtub. The service is very friendly and efficient, although the English proficiency could be improved. The dining options offer a lot of choices and taste good. However, the lack of a proper shower in the rooms is disappointing.
